How it Works
Step 1: Find Your Perfect Look
Browse our Rental Collections and select your desired attire.
Step 2: Select Your Delivery and Return Date
Choose between renting for 3 or 7 days. Your outfit will be delivered to your home address (please note that we do not ship to hotels or venues) by the selected delivery date. To ensure timely arrival, we recommend choosing a delivery date 1 or 2 days before your event. Make sure to provide a secure mailing address for delivery.
Step 3: Conveniently Prepared Outfit
Your outfit will arrive at your doorstep, dry cleaned and ready to wear. As an added convenience, we offer complimentary one-time armpit sweat pads to use inside the sleeves of your blouse. After use, please dispose of them properly.
Step 4: Hassle-Free Returns
Returning your rentals is completely free! Before returning, remember to remove the armpit pads from inside the clothing. Place all items, including hangers and bags, into the bag or package they arrived in. Peel off the included prepaid shipping label and affix it on top of the package. Then, drop it off at a UPS location. If your return date falls on a Sunday, you'll have until 12 PM on Monday to return the items.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a try-before-rental service. However, our sizing guides are available to assist you in finding the perfect fit for your body measurements.

Please do not wash or dry clean the rental outfit on your own. Your rental outfit arrives professionally dry cleaned and ready to be worn. After the rental period, every outfit undergoes professional cleaning by experts to preserve its exceptional quality.

Late returns are subject to a $50 charge per each day of delay. We kindly ask that you adhere to the agreed-upon return date to avoid any additional fees.

Yes, a security deposit is required to cover any potential damages to the rental attire. The deposit amount will be refunded to you after the returned attire undergoes a thorough inspection. However, in the event that the outfit sustains damage rendering it unusable, the security deposit will be forfeited. The security deposit varies for each item, and the specific amount will be presented during the checkout process, generally falling within the range of $25 to $100.

Minor damages can happen, and we understand. Charges for repairs will be assessed based on the extent of the damage. Significant damages beyond repair may result in forfeiture of your security deposit.

Absolutely, we recommend reserving your desired outfit at least 2-3 weeks before your event. This ensures availability and ample time for delivery and any necessary adjustments.

At the end of your rental period, please remove any armpit pads and place the outfit in the provided return package. Seal it securely and use the pre-paid shipping label for return shipping.
